MANAGING STRESS AND ANXIETY
Categories: Community
April 15, 2020 - We recognize the stress and anxiety these times might cause to members of our UNM-萝莉研究所 community鈥攅specially those who have family members impacted by the virus or working on the frontlines to keep our wider community safe.
The tips on this poster below created by UNM Student Health & Counseling are helpful and timely in managing stress and anxiety. And, as a reminder tomorrow鈥檚 support circle will be held at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. This is an opportunity to gather with others for support and additional guidance.
If you鈥檇 like to join the support circle tomorrow, email women@unm.edu. It is so important at this time to stay connected to your friends and family members, stay healthy by social distancing, follow recommended CDC guidelines, and limit the amount of COVID-19 news you鈥檙e viewing each day. There are also many great wellness resources and recommendations posted almost daily at www.unm.edu/coronavirus.
We are here for each other as we continue our UNM-萝莉研究所 mission.
